AoC Annual Conference & Exhibition
**The submission process is now closed.**
Students are an integral part of AoC’s Annual Conference and Exhibition and we are delighted to offer an amazing opportunity for the students of AoC member colleges each year to gain work experience at our flagship event.
We will be shortlisting and selecting the chosen candidates over the following few days and will inform all entrants by Monday 25 September.
Following the success of the student engagement programme at last year’s conference, we will provide students with similar real-life work experience at the biggest event of its kind for the further education sector.
The chosen students will be working in one of the following categories:
*Please note that eligible students will be required to demonstrate an adequate level of relevant skills and experience in the selected area, together with the maturity and enthusiasm required to assist a group of professional event managers and staff at the ICC, whose aim is to ensure the success of this well-established conference and exhibition.
The evening performances this year are required for Tuesday 14 November and will be part of the new AoC Awards Dinner and drinks reception.
This much anticipated social focal point of the conference needs an equally distinctive performance.
We will be selecting a student or group of students who can entertain the audience at the awards dinner. We will also be selecting students to provide musical entertainment for guests during the drinks reception and at the awards dinner.
Successful candidates will be notified on Monday 25 September.
The closing date for work experience and entertainment submissions is Friday 15 September 2017. We will be shortlisting and selecting the chosen candidates over the following few days and will inform all entrants by Monday 25 September.
We look forward to receiving your submissions and working with the successful students in Birmingham. If you have any questions, please contact the events team on 020 7034 9934.
NB: Student submissions are only open to AoC member colleges.
