Exclusive discount for AoC members
AoC member colleges sending three or more delegates on a full fee package will receive a multiple delegate discount as set out below:
Third, fourth and fifth bookings will receive a 20% discount per booking
Sixth and any subsequent bookings will receive a 30% discount per booking
To receive this discount, please email firstname.lastname@example.org including the names of the booked delegates.

AoC Awards Dinner
The Awards Dinner will take place on the evening of Tuesday 19 November. Tickets are included in the full fee price, where available. Due to limited availability, it is not possible to purchase a ticket for the dinner if you are not purchasing the full fee ticket. Tickets may be released nearer to the conference if available. If you would like to be notified of this, please email firstname.lastname@example.org including the subject line Awards Dinner waiting list.
We accept payment by credit card, cheque or BACs transfer up to and including Friday 18 October. Please note that BACs transfers can only be received once an invoice has been sent. Credit card payments can be made via the website. If you have any problems with your payment please call our Finance Department on 020 7034 9900.
From 19 October onwards, we can only accept payment by credit card.
AoC Create is unable to invoice international delegates. All delegates coming from outside the UK will need to make payment online via credit card at the time of registering or they will not gain access to the conference. AoC Create will not issue visa letters unless payment has been received for the booking.
Amend your booking
If you need to amend or cancel your booking once you have registered, please do so directly via the link included in your confirmation email.
*The full fee, whether for an AoC member, non-member or affiliate organisation, includes an Awards Dinner ticket. However, if delegates are unable to attend the Awards Dinner or should the Awards Dinner be full at the time of booking, they will not be entitled to a reduction in the price of the full conference package due to the substantial discount already applied to this rate. Dinner tickets will be available on a first-come first served basis. A seating plan will be launched in September.
**The full fee cannot be split between different delegates; the same delegate must attend the conference for the two days and the Awards Dinner.
